About Demi Deligiannis, RP (Qualifying)

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. My approach to therapy is client-centered, culturally competent, and evidence-based, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Based Focus Therapy (SBFT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to provide you with practical tools and deep, lasting insights. My goal is to create a non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.


Services & Fees

Therapy is an investment in your well-being. My current session rates are as follows:Initial Accessible Care (45 Minutes): Your first 5 sessions are provided completely free of charge.Affordable Therapy Program (45 Minutes): $85 per session for all subsequent appointments.
